To keep the meat freshness for a longer period we use the tray packing, in a controlled atmosphere with a mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

So, when you rip off the package the beef characteristics are unchanged. It’s safe, healthy and natural!

Vacuum packing

Another way for preserving the meat qualities is the vacuum packing. That involves removing the air spaces.

This can be done with a thermo contractible foil that molds on the product.
