According to the regulations, all beef have an identification element and documents that prove the animal’s age, the sex, race, provenience, parents’ identification code and the health history.

Once reaching the slaughterhouse every animal receives a lot number, until the carcase stage or trimmed meat stage.

Everything is strictly monitored and the information is kept for several years in our system.

The packaging and labeling allow easy identification of the origin and the lot.

When we chose a beef fillet from the shelf you already know from where it comes and we can redo together its track.
